Word 2000 Tips: Print Multiple Pages per Sheet
by Joshua Feinberg
Here's a tip for those of you who write and edit documents
in Microsoft Word 2000. Who doesn't, right?
Save some paper and a lot of space by printing multiple pages of your
Microsoft Word document on a single sheet of paper.
It's easy. Just select File and then choose Print. In the bottom right
hand corner of the Print window (Zoom), choose 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, or 16 pages
to print per sheet.
While sixteen pages per sheet may not be practical from a visual standpoint,
printing two or four pages of your document per sheet can save a ton of
paper-not to mention space in a binder or an envelope.
